Lakeside Brewing Co.
Excite and Inspire
Lakeside Brewing Co., established in 2013 and situated in the picturesque suburb of Kommetjie, is a craft brewery that stems from the love of a good ol’ ’brewski’ and a desire to make something that excites and inspires!
As a tiny 3.5 man artisan brewery they are relatively laid back with their focus on the quality of their beer and the quality of life!
With their unique, unfiltered and unpasteurised style of beer, they only brew in small batches whilst using only the freshest and finest ingredients available.
Lakeside Brewing Co. is all about adventure, delicious beer and the great outdoors. Naturally, they look at sustainable ways to help the environment while constantly innovating new local and creative beer styles.
Their 783 Pale Ale is the signature ale, which is named after the Kommetjie area code and signifies the Deep South life style, is refreshingly laidback, fruity with a robust but easy-drinking hoppiness. They also won “Best IPA” at the SA Beer Champs last year.
With their superior quality and exciting branding, they truly live up to their tagline: Adventure Inspired.
What to look out for?
Lakeside Brewing Co.will be launching a tap room, bar and beer garden in the conveniently located Imhoff Farm where they hope to not only get to know even more of our locals, but to grow a larger space for the community to come and chill. Now that’s a Deep South Vibe!
In true Deep South style, they are running 2 promotions on their beers. It’s a great deal on amazing beer, with the option of delivery or collection.
